Official refund policy
No refunds on delivered meals. Cancel before the weekly cutoff (typically Wednesday 11:59 PM CT) to avoid being charged for the next week.
What you can still do
Cancel before the next renewal or processing cutoff to prevent another eligible charge or shipment. See how to cancel →
Contact your card issuer if a charge was unauthorized or continued after a confirmed cancellation. Follow the issuer's billing-dispute process and keep your cancellation confirmation.
