Official refund policy
No refunds. Access continues until end of billing period. Annual plans get prorated refund if cancelled within 30 days.

Cancel before the next renewal or processing cutoff to prevent another eligible charge or shipment. See how to cancel →
Contact your card issuer if a charge was unauthorized or continued after a confirmed cancellation. Follow the issuer's billing-dispute process and keep your cancellation confirmation.
