Step-by-step instructions

Pick your platform — the steps are slightly different on web vs mobile.

Go to cancellation page
  1. Go to web.noom.com → sign in → Settings → Account.
  2. Look for "Cancel subscription" — if not visible, go to noom.com/contact or open the in-app chat.
  3. Request cancellation from the support agent. Expect retention offers — decline firmly.
  4. Get a cancellation confirmation in writing (email or chat transcript).
Noom requires you to initiate contact to cancel. There is no self-serve cancel button for most accounts. This is intentional.
3

After you cancel

  • Save the confirmation email
  • Check your bank or card statement in 30 days
  • Disable auto-pay on the merchant's side if available
