Click your profile icon → "Account".
- Step 3
Under "Plan", click "Change or cancel plan".

Click "Cancel plan".
- Step 5
Select a reason → click "Continue".
💡 Your Peacock Premium access continues until the billing date.

Common issues
“I subscribed through my TV provider (Comcast, Cox, etc.) — how do I cancel?”
If Peacock was bundled with your cable or internet plan, you must cancel through your TV/internet provider, not through Peacock directly.
“I have the free tier — do I need to cancel?”
No. The free Peacock tier has no subscription to cancel. Only Premium and Premium Plus require cancellation.
