Step-by-step instructions

Pick your platform — the steps are slightly different on web vs mobile.

Go to cancellation page
  1. Go to app.whoop.com → sign in → click your profile → Membership.
  2. Review your commitment period end date — cancelling early may not be possible if you are in a device commitment period.
  3. Click "Cancel Membership" — if not available, contact support at support.whoop.com.
  4. If prompted, confirm cancellation.
    The WHOOP device stops working after membership ends. You cannot use WHOOP hardware without an active membership.

  • Disable auto-pay on the merchant's side if available
