Go to cancellation page →
- Go to classpass.com and sign in.
- Click "Account" → "Plan".
- Click "Cancel Plan".
- ClassPass will offer to pause your membership — click "No thanks, cancel".
- Select a reason for cancellation.
- Confirm cancellation.

I have unused credits — can I get a refund?
