Step-by-step instructions

Pick your platform — the steps are slightly different on web vs mobile.

Go to cancellation page
  1. Go to hellofresh.com → sign in → click your name → Account Settings.
  2. Go to "Plan Settings" tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom → click "Cancel Plan" (not "Pause" — HelloFresh pushes pausing).
  4. Select a reason → click "Cancel Plan" again to confirm.
    Must cancel before Friday midnight (your local time) to avoid next week's delivery charge.

  • Save the confirmation email
  • Check your bank or card statement in 30 days
  • Disable auto-pay on the merchant's side if available
